The City of Chestermere and CUI have issued a Request for Proposals (RFP) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for solid waste collections, hauling and processing services. The City and CUI are working together to explore how residents will continue to receive waste collection and processing services, with the possibility of outsourcing these services to third-party provider(s). The CUI board is pleased to announce that they have hired Mr. Rick Quail to serve as the functional interim CEO of CUI. Mr. Quail will have the title of Transition Manager to help move the company from its current state to a new model that will be chosen by City Council in the coming weeks.
